Moving to present time – in a manner of speaking.
Some of my earlier posts is about a project called ‘Project Ymer’. In all its essence it’s a YM 2149 sound-chip emulator. The YM 2149 sound chip was to be found in the Atari ST, and various other home computers, back in the 1980s.
‘Project Ymer’ is both a YM-player and a –tracker. And it’s scheduled to be developed on both the PC and on the Atari ST. For now, only the PC version is in a somewhat finished state.
It’s my good friend, Peter Jørgensen, who is developing ‘Project Ymer’.
