Commodore Amiga platform
Take a trip back in time, and listen to some of the work of Thomas Canell.
‘Blinded by You’ and ‘All up 2 You’ as they sounds on the Commodore Amiga.
‘All up 2 You’ is a bit up-tempo track. Due to the limitations of the timer on the Amiga it wasn’t possible to set the exact desired tempo or BPM for a track, but you had to select between 9 or 10 pre-defined speeds, doubling in speed between each step (if I remember correctly). Some of these predefined speeds had to be used in double-tempo tracks.
These are the original tracks played of my Amiga 2000 computer to my PC, recorded through the RCA connector on the Amiga, to the mini jack microphone connector on the PC.
The songs was made in version 0.43 of ‘Music Editor’, as most of my songs from the Amiga. This was mainly because that this was the most stable release of ‘Music Editor’. The ‘Music Editor’ still freezes, when it’s used over longer period of time.
